Full-Time Sales Support Specialist

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for managing complex order fulfillment work flow for capital equipment placements, regional and national trade show orders and vendor turnover orders. This position oversees obtainment of installation documentation. Communicates frequently with all levels within Covetrus and Supply Partners regarding the status of orders which they are responsible to manage. Handles returns and pricing adjustments that fall outside of normal policy with appropriate approvals. Coordinates obtainment and communication of competitive pricing and item add requests.
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of customer service and/or sales support experience required
Must have familiarity with personal computers in a mainframe environment; experience with AS/400 preferred
Must be very detail-oriented; must possess excellent telephone, interpersonal and organizational skills
Must have the business acumen to interact with all levels of the organization, internally and externally, including business partners
Must have the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities
Must thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
Manages orders for all National and Regional tradeshows
Manages multi-stage order process for all capital equipment purchases
Coordinates shipment of equipment and other required product to coincide with the arrival of implementation and training specialists
Oversees the obtainment of required documentation to substantiate billing for installed equipment
Communicates proof of installation to appropriate internal team members to allow for proper invoicing and revenue recognition
Documents sale credit for all managed orders in order to correctly credit commissionable sales and bonus sales obtainment.
Manages the vendor turnover process for all Channel Partners
Executes detail oriented, complex Rabies Tag orders for all customers
Handles returns outside of normal policy; ensures that requests for customer pick-ups and credits are attended to in a timely, courteous and professional manner through administration of the policies and procedures established by the Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collection, Sales Tax and Credit Card Processing Departments
Executes pricing adjustments according to policy and appropriate approval levels
Interfaces with Supply Partners to secure RGAs for equipment and other product types
Provides support to the return center by sending the return authorization paperwork and ARS label to the customer and ensuring appropriate internal tracking for the return
Coordinates competitive pricing and item add process
Performs other duties as assigned
