Full-Time Junior Admin Clerk
We are on the lookout for a focused, industrious, and likeable candidate to fill a vacant administrative clerk position. As an administrative clerk, you will perform a variety of clerical duties to help keep the OneDayOnly office running smoothly.

If you are an efficient, dynamic, and cooperative individual who can perform well while juggling multiple tasks with little to no direct supervision, this job is for you!
Print all invoices and distribute them to the responsible staff members in the department
Forward any e-mails with requests or queries to the relevant staff members
Ensure that all e-mails are moved into the relevant supplier folders after actioned
Ensure that all paid invoices are filed on a daily basis
Answer and respond to emails and phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate parties as necessary
Regularly check and maintain records of necessary office supplies
Requirements / skills:
High school diploma or equivalent at a minimum.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
You’ll be able to use Google Drive to complete electronic filing.
Good comprehension skills
Great attention to detail
Ability to arrange and file documents in a consistent and easily accessible manner
Self-motivated and highly organized
Distinctly dependable and trustworthy, with a strong and proven work ethic
The ability to work independently and seek help or assistance as needed
Working knowledge of or ability to learn to use office equipment, including printers, and phone systems
Knowledge of email systems, including Microsoft Outlook and Gmail
